We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains when and how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled by Katamal LLC .

1. Return Eligibility Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must meet the condition requirements below and include proof of purchase (order number or email used at checkout).

2. Item Condition & Packaging

  • Items must be unused, in the same condition received, and in the original packaging with all accessories, inserts, and tags.
  • Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or missing components may be denied or assessed a partial refund.

3. Non‑Returnable Items

  • Customized, special‑order, or made‑to‑spec items
  • Final‑sale or clearance items (marked “Final Sale” at purchase)
  • Perishable goods or items with hygiene/safety seals once opened (if applicable)
  • Gift cards and downloadable digital products

4. How to Start a Return

To begin, email info@katamallc.com with your order number, item(s), and reason for return. We’ll reply with next steps and a return authorization (RMA) if approved.

  1. Package your item securely in the original packaging (if available).
  2. Include any accessories/manuals and your RMA number inside the box.
  3. Use the provided return label (if offered) or your own trackable service.
  4. Retain proof of shipment until your refund or exchange is processed.

5. Refund Method & Timing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection and approval.
  • Processing typically takes 3–7 business days from receipt at our facility; bank posting times may vary.
  • Original shipping costs are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect item).

6. Exchanges

For faster service, place a new order for the desired item and initiate a return for the original item. If you prefer a direct exchange, contact us and we’ll advise based on stock availability.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@katamallc.com with photos of the packaging and item. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.

8. Return Shipping Costs

  • Our error (damaged/incorrect): We cover return shipping or provide a prepaid label.
  • All other returns: Customer pays return shipping. We recommend a trackable service; we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

9. Restocking Fees

No restocking fee for items returned in new, resalable condition within the 30‑day window. A 10–20% restocking fee may apply for missing parts, excessive wear, or non‑resalable packaging.

10. International Orders & Customs

Customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are non‑refundable and may not be covered by Katamal. For returns from outside the U.S., clearly mark the shipment as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional import charges.

11. Late or Missing Refunds

  1. Check with your bank/credit card provider (posting times vary).
  2. If still not received after 10 business days from our confirmation, contact us at info@katamallc.com.

12. Chargebacks & Policy Misuse

We’re happy to resolve issues directly. Unauthorized chargebacks or abusive return behavior may result in order cancellation or account restriction. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet policy conditions.
