3. Shipping Rates

4. Order Tracking

Katamal LLC is not responsible for delivery delays caused by weather, carrier issues, customs inspections, labor disruptions, or other events outside our control.

8. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (at your expense).

9. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive your package:

  • Check with neighbors, building management, or other household members
  • Wait 1–2 business days in case of carrier delay

Refunds or replacements for lost packages are determined case-by-case.
